Stuffing

Serves 10

Ingredients:

• 2-3 stuffing mix

• 2 large onions

• 1/2 -1 celery stalks

• poultry seasoning (to taste)

• 1-2 sausage meat rolls (Jamestown sausage roll meat)

• 2 - 8oz cans chicken broth

• butter

• season salt

Directions:

1. Chop onions and celery

2. Brown sausage meat

3. Saute onions with butter

4. Mix celery, onion, stuffing mix, sausage, poultry seasoning and chicken broth in a large bowl

5. Spray large pot/dutch oven/corning wear and add stuffing mixture, season to taste

6. Cook for 30 min at 350
