Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

  • 4 large peppers

  • 1 onion

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 cup minute rice

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce

  • 1 TBS worcestershire sauce

  • 3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese


Directions;

  1. Remove stems, seeds and membranes of peppers

  2. Boil peppers to soften

  3. Place in a greased bowl

  4. Melt butter to saute onion and garlic

  5. Add ground beef and brown

  6. Add rice, salt, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce + 1/2 cup cheese

  7. Mix well

  8. Fill peppers

  9. Bake at 350 for 30 min

  10. Top with remaining cheese and cook for 10 more min
