Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:
4 large peppers
1 onion
1 garlic clove
1 lb ground beef
1 cup minute rice
1 tsp salt
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 TBS worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Directions;
Remove stems, seeds and membranes of peppers
Boil peppers to soften
Place in a greased bowl
Melt butter to saute onion and garlic
Add ground beef and brown
Add rice, salt, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce + 1/2 cup cheese
Mix well
Fill peppers
Bake at 350 for 30 min
Top with remaining cheese and cook for 10 more min
