Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes

  • 2lb butter (sliced)

  • Milk







Directions:

  1. Slice potatoes very thin

  2. Layer potato/butter/potato

  3. Sprinkle flour over each layer

  4. Pour milk on potatoes enough to cover

  5. Bake for 1 - 1 1/2 hours
