Sally Sarro Brownies

Ingredients:
3 squares Bakers chocolate
1 lb butter
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp vanilla
Chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Oven to 375
Melt butter and chocolate slowly in a pot. When melted, set aside.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt
Beat eggs and sugar together
Stir in chocolate mixture
Add dry ingredients, vinegar and vanilla
Put into a greased pan
Sprinkle nuts and press on top
Bake at 375 for 25 min
When a little cool, square the brownies
*This recipe calls for 16 brownies. I always double the recipe and put powdered sugar on top when cooled
