Mary Hehn's Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 1lb no cook lasagna

  • 1 lb mozzarella

  • 2 lbs ricotta

  • 2 eggs (beat lightly)

  • Parsley

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Grated cheese

  • Tomato sauce


Directions:

  1. Combine ricotta, eggs, salt, pepper and parsley and grated cheese

  2. Layer a few times:

  3. Bake at 375 for 60 min (covered) in a 9x13 pan

  4. Remove the foil with 10-15 min left
