Gilda's Cheesecake

1/4 lb margarine

2 8oz pkgs cream cheese

1 lb ricotta

1 1/2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1 1/2 TBS lemon juice

1 TBS vanilla

3 TBS each of flour and cornstarch

1 pint sour cream

1 tsp salt


Directions:

  1. Cream together in order listed above

  2. Bake in springform pan at 325 oven for 1 1/2 hours.

  3. Then let it remain in oven 2 hours after you turn off heat.

P.S. If you want a cheesecake without cracks bake in a water bath.
