Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts
1 cup mayo
2 celery sticks
1 TBS fresh parsley
2 scallions
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp fresh dill
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Seasoned salt
Directions:
Season chicken with salt, pepper, olive oil
Bake chicken at 350 for 30-40 min
Let chicken cool for 5-10 min
Shred chicken with a fork or add to a mixer
Chop dill, celery, scallions and parsley
Add all ingredients to a bowl expect for the chicken
Add mayo mixture to the chicken and combine
Season to taste
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving
