Banana Bread

Serves 8-10


Ingredients:1/4 cup melted butter

2 eggs

4-5 very ripe bananas

1/2 cup plain/vanilla yogurt

1 tsp vanilla

2 1/4 cup flour

1 cup sugar

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Flour 5x9 pan

  3. Mix together dry ingredients in a bowl

  4. Mash bananas with fork in a large bowl

  5. Add melted butter, eggs, yogurt, vanilla to bananas

  6. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mix

  7. Bake for 1 hour

  8. Cool for 10 min on a rack
